@LNER I think her name was Anne!

[Ally Bird @ally_bird111]

@LNER your colleague in first class on the 16.20 from Edinburgh has been amazing. Haven't been able to catch her name but she's gone above and beyond and I'd be grateful if you can pass on our thanks again! Her service has really topped off a great weekend.

@VirginTrains Thank you :)

[Ally Bird @ally_bird111]

@VirginTrains just had a truly diabolical experience on the London to Manchester train. It was quite frankly dangerous the amount of people allowed to board the train. Stood the full part of the journey with hundreds of others. A disgrace.

[Ally Bird @ally_bird111]

@VirginTrains Nonetheless, thank you for your replies as I know this is not your fault and you get the brunt of frustrations - even if it is via Twitter.

[Ally Bird @ally_bird111]

@VirginTrains I'm not sure that would help. Even if we had a seat if would not take away from how uncomfortable and unsafe this journey was. It was simply dangerous the amount of people on the train. You could not get away with this disregard for safety on other public transport services.

[Ally Bird @ally_bird111]

@VirginTrains No. We were not given the option when booking. Even if we had a booked seat it would have been impossible to get to the seat. We were only just able to get in the main doors and in to the vestibule. Disabled passengers also shoved into this space too - it's unacceptable.

@Nationalteaday Hello. I just wanted to let you know that I've not heard or received anything from Amber Rose Tea after winning the competition. Please would you mind checking? Thank you.
