@SimonCalder There must be lots of planes belonging to Middle East carriers sitting at airports all around the world. Can't competition rules be relaxed to allow them to operate some flights direct or via other hubs - just to get their existing passengers home?

@greateranglia your engineering work page is really confusing. It says there are works between Marks Tey and Billericay - those two stations aren't on the same line. I can't tell from that if there are trains at Chelmsford or not. It should say between Marks Tey and Shenfield.

@greateranglia Why would I want to purchase a ticket which is more expensive? I hope you will be increasing the number of ticket machines at stations to cope with the increased demand for paper tickets.

@greateranglia I understand that some fares have changed this week. However, the option to get an off-peak ticket as an e-ticket has disappeared from the app too, collect at station is the only choice now. Is this a short term problem or a permanent change?
