Hire more teachers, help the ones you do have, and make the pay match the workload, stress and health risks.

@Teachers__Unite @DrAlexMHorton That’s a horrible idea. Would you ask the teacher to take a day and work in Payroll just to “see what it’s like”? No. People go to school for years and become certified to teach just like other professionals in the office. But there’s not many skills that transfer like that.

@AreOhEssEyeEe My mom used to cook it like a beef and broccoli stir fry. I went almost 20 years believing it! She’d slice it in thin strips, dredge in cornstarch and stir fry with soy sauce/teryaki and add broccoli. Serve over rice, it was really good.
