@Se_Railway word on advice, I get on the Hayes train to chatting cross at 6:12, it's the hight of the summer and the heating is always on full blast, it's hit enough with out trying to give us heat stroke

@superdrug just went into your Bromley glades branch for a blood test. The room was dirty, not clean. I'm waiting and the nurse let a builder walk in, scratching his face and picking his nose over the top of me, talking with the nurse about fridges. Unprofessional and disgusting.
