When the atrium tells a complicated story, clearly seeing what is happening can make all the difference for the patient outcomes.
In this 𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 segment, @DrSGoyal_EP shares details of a case where extensive scarring from prior surgical and catheter ablation made identifying the critical circuit nearly impossible. vMap helped cut through the complexity.
🫀"When we started mapping, the atrium had so much scarring from prior surgical ablation and catheter ablation. It was very difficult to figure out where was the critical circuit. So we decided to use vMap. It pointed us to an area of left atrium right behind the right inferior pulmonary vein. We were able to investigate in more detail and able to ablate there and the arrhythmia immediately terminated — which showed you the power. It's a very good guidance tool."🫀

Seven years of real clinical data. A physician network built before AI. At 3PH Alliance, we believe AI only creates value when grounded in clinical practice.
Turning real-world clinical data into applied intelligence for the MedTech ecosystem.
Clinical insight should shape device development earlier. 3PH Alliance and BioSim Innovations are partnering to bridge preclinical evaluation and clinical evidence, enabling earlier input on design, procedure, and study planning. More to come.
Immediately following the #LBCT presentation at #HRS2026, Heart Rhythm TV host @AZ_EP_DOC, sat down with @cporterfieldmd to discuss Variable Loop Circular Catheter Pulsed Field Ablation in Real-World Practice: Low Complication Rates Across Patient and Procedural Characteristics.

A keynote that was equal parts moving and memorable: Dr. Glaucomflecken opened #HRS2026 with his personal story of surviving sudden cardiac arrest — then delivered a cardiology interview skit that hit a little close to home for many in the room.
🫀 Grateful for his voice at this year's meeting.

Back from a remarkable AF Symposium 2026 in Boston, and we are more energized than ever by the opportunity ahead!
We’re grateful for the partners, innovators, and clinical leaders who spent time with us this week, and we’re excited to turn those conversations into action.
It’s #WearRedDay ❤️
A day to raise awareness about heart disease, still the #1 cause of death, especially among women.
We wear red for them, and for everyone who deserves evidence-based healthcare.
1/Preventing pain-related suicide requires understanding the full context: the person, their family and community and their health care.
The ongoing CSI:OPIOIDs research study is making a final push for interviews now. Our latest newsletter is below
