And it’s also their job to be accountable and provide updates. This is beyond unacceptable. I hope we’re all reunited with our bags soon!

Hey @WestJet I’ve since had to book a return flight home since no luggage = ruined trip. Same route as my initial travel path to London. Mind telling me which airport my bag is at so I can retrieve it myself since clearly your incapable? Many thanks! 🙏

@JamesHutson12 @WestJet Same here, albeit day 3 in London with no luggage. I’ve since had to cancel my trip and am returning to Canada as their compensation for “essentials only” doesn’t help me continue on with my travels 😤. This needs to be the end of @WestJet as this is a complete embarrassment.

@littlemissmagi @yyc1971 @FlyYYC @WestJet December 24th for me, and the “up to $2300” in compensation doesn’t even cover a 1/4 of my belongings. Not to mention I’m in London where replacement of anything is not cheap 😤.
