There has been a power cut in my area for the past 4 hours and 30 minutes (4pm - till now) and there's a delay in restoration. If a consumer delays the payment you guys charge us extra but what about you guys in delaying restoration?

@MiIndiaSupport A default TV was sent to us and now your service executive says he gonna change and fix the new motherboard of TV. The TV is new and it's not been even 3 months since we purchased. This is not acceptable @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiTVIndia . Days are passing out, need solution.

Its 11:40am now & still the govt employees are not on time. Nobody is here to take care or check whether proper time table is followed or not. The office was supposed to be start at 10:00 am & still nobody is here except 25+ people wait for the person. Plz Help us dm @DrKhemnar
