The translator wanted to sound smart and ended up looking stupid giving us this gem. It's unintentionally funny.
The bottom one gives the "how do you do, fellow kids" vibes. It tries to be funny but fails.

You could have used מנגה meaning 漫画and it would have been a better word(Hebrew speakers use foreign words all the time too)
