The ketogenic diet as a tool for mental health is still not widely known in India.
I'm encouraged that many people are discovering metabolic psychiatry through Metabolic Mind and Diagnosis: Diet, where I am listed after completing Dr. Georgia Ede's Ketogenic Diets for Mental Health Clinician Training.
Some people who need help have found and contacted me through these directories.
I hope more Indians consider ketogenic metabolic therapy as an additional option to discuss with their healthcare team.
I also wish more doctors in India would explore this emerging field. As of now, I know only one psy. actively supporting ketogenic therapy for mental health in India - Dr. Parikshit Sharma (@DrXzon ).
The burden of mental health disorders is enormous. Patients deserve to know all evidence-based options available to them.

Amazing story! Turning those brutal cramps into a hydration company + barefoot running is pure resilience. Running really does teach you everything. Respect 👏👏
20 years ago I got my first muscle cramp after a half marathon and had zero clue what to do about it.
Today I make electrolytes.
And I run with barefoot.
The road has a way of teaching you things you didn't know you needed to learn: about your body, your limits, and exactly what you're putting into it.
Happy Global Running Day.
