@BSNLCorporate I’m on the 300mbps plan, and i’ve been facing this issue for weeks now. I’ve complained multiple times. Utterly disappointed at the poor customer support - which is basically nonexistent. Will be switching to a different ISP now. Good riddance.
@BSNLCorporate Just got a message saying my complaint is resolved. It's not and I'm not even getting internet connectivity now! What kind of customer service is this? They somehow made it worse.
