1. התיאור שלך כאילו המנכ״ל טען כאילו *היא* לא הבינה את התהליך הוא לא מדויק, בלשון המעטה. הוא אמר ש*הם* שגו בתיאום הציפיות לתהליך. זה שחור על גבי טוויט.
2. המחשבה שהעבודות הללו מגיעות לפרודקשן נעה בין נאיבית להזויה. ״ההוכחה הניצחת״ על בסיס פוסט מהעבר שבו המנכ״ל אומר שהם זזים מהר רק הופכת את הקונספירציה הזו לעוד יותר מגוחכת.
3. הויכוח על ״עבודות בית כן או לא״ הוא עוד יותר ישן מהויכוח על אייפון מול אנדרואיד. שום דבר בתיאור המקרה לא מצביע על משהו חריג בהשוואה לנהוג בחברות אחרות (ובכל מקרה זכותה של כל חברה לבחור את התהליך המתאים לה וזכותה של כל מועמדת לבחור האם זה מתאים לה).
4. הסוגיה הבעייתית היחידה היא השקיפות לגבי אורך התהליך. וקשה לדעת מה הפער האמיתי בין מה שנאמר לה לבין מה שקרה בפועל אבל אם הפער משמעותי זה (ורק זה) אכן לא תקין וכפי שהגיב המנכ״ל חייב בירור ותיקון.

כדאי לקחת בחשבון שכמו שיש Product-Market Fit יש גם Product-Founder Fit. יש פאונדרים שיפרחו ב-B2B ויש כאלו (כמוני) שמכורים ל-B2C. ראיתי מעט פאונדרים שמצליחים לאהוב את שניהם (@Maayan_Cohen_HH היא היוצא מן הכלל).
נקודה למחשבה: הגעת ל-5 מיליון דולר ARR תוך פחות משנה. אם היית B2B עוד היית בשלב של הפייפליין, פיילוטים, RFPs ושאר דרעק.
