Friends, I need your help. Do you know any Media person who may bring my issue online.
Maybe a reporter on TV or a Social media influencer or two.
Here it's what happened.
The issue involves Mercedes EQS 450+, Mercedes Premier Service and
Mercedes Benz Delray Beach
On July 14, while driving back to work through a community area at approximately 15 miles per hour, my car suddenly stalled. The only message displayed on the dashboard instructed me to turn off the vehicle. After turning it off and back on, the car would not move. I had the vehicle towed to Mercedes-Benz of Delray Beach for evaluation. Their technicians determined that the main electric motor in my electric vehicle (EV) had shorted. They noted that the motor is fully enclosed with no external access and confirmed that there were no scratches or damage under the car, ruling out any impact or fault on my part.
I purchased this vehicle, a $150,000 Mercedes-Benz EDQ Electric, three and a half years ago, and it has only 60,000 miles. For a vehicle of this price and age, I believe this failure is highly unusual and premature.
Several days later, I received an estimate from Mercedes-Benz of Delray Beach stating that the repair cost would be $20,000—an exorbitant amount for a vehicle just over three years old. I contacted Mercedes-Benz corporate, and they informed me they would review the situation and present options, such as buying back the vehicle or covering the repairs under goodwill.
Today, I received a call from Mercedes-Benz Premier Service informing me that they have declined both to repurchase the vehicle and to assist with the repair costs. When I asked who made this decision, the representative, Makita, stated that it was determined by a manager whose name she could not disclose. I am now left without a functioning vehicle and facing a $20,000 repair bill.
I believe this situation is unfair and unacceptable. I am reaching out in hopes that someone with media connections might share my story to seek assistance or resolution

I am planning to establish a directory for a niche group of people in the USA. Do the online directories still work? Would you suggest me pursuing this dream or just go play golf?
@Michael_L_Rauch@Tesla@Tesla did the same to me as well for almost three weeks. They delivered a faulty car. The issue is still not fixed after six months. @telsa has gotten worse!
@FIU what kind of a garbage institution are you? Nobody answers phones even after waiting 40+ minutes. You are sending a parking violation letter. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO YOUR CAMPUS. I demanded proof from your online system, you declined providing proof for the citation.
There is no other institution worse than you!
Your system says we will receive a call back which we never receive.
Terrible if not worse than terrible
Today we welcome Atila. Atila has been a great addition to @BeharInsurance . His dedication and attention to details has grown our homeowners insurance business to the next level.

Democrats in 2026: "Defund ICE."
Why do Democrats keep attacking the law enforcement agencies that hunt down criminals and protect innocent American citizens?
