I tweet for me boo 😭 Twitter for the OGs was basically a diary. We wasn’t sitting around chasing engagement . You just had a thought, tweeted it, and kept scrolling. If somebody saw it, cool. Cooking tips everyone should know;

-If your soup is too watery, let it simmer uncovered to thicken naturally.
-Rice cooks better when you rinse it before cooking.
-Warm your plates before serving hot food so the food stays warm longer.
-Add a pinch of sugar to tomato stew or sauce if it tastes too acidic.
-Soak beans before cooking to reduce cooking time.
-If your stew or soup is too salty, add potatoes or a little water to reduce it.
-Dry meat, chicken, or fish with a paper towel before frying for a better sear.
-Don’t flip meat too often while frying; let it cook properly on one side first.
-Store fresh herbs in the fridge with a little moisture to keep them fresh longer.
-Don’t overcrowd your frying pan, or your food will steam instead of fry.
