It's been 19 days and they still haven't shipped the books. ( I bought 10 books!)
They still don't know when will they ship.
Every week they're saying ' it will be shipped soon'

Before purchases the delivery date was only 1 week!

I'm exposing the @amazon chat. To avoid refund that they owe me, they are just lying, and when I try to follow up , they ghost and reject responding a simple question.

TLDR

Amazon owes me money.
