@RailwaySeva@drmsdah So much so, they asked why are we complaining at all? They didn’t even delve into the fact that food quantity and quality were both subpar. We pay considerable amount of money for the journey. This is the least we can expect.

@RailwaySeva@drmsdah Thank you for the quick turn around. We were contacted by the catering Mgr. However, their response was lack lustre and to the extent, they tried to normalise presence of roaches in coaches due to presence of food.
@bruce_barrett Mate. No offence meant, all respect to your concern. Just a fact, the idols are biodegradable and the flower petals and anything going into the water is all natural, from as long as Hindu religion has been around. We always look after nature by nature. 🙏☺️
@AshwiniVaishnaw@RailMinIndia I am shocked to see the condition of the coaches on 12314 Sealdah Rajdhani in AC 2 tier, infested with cockroaches and lack of cleanliness. Aside to that, the food standard has fallen to such abysmal levels that 1/2 of dinner had to be disposed off.

Dear @Uppolice , the blue Volkswagen in the photo is my car, parked in the designated parking spot outside JS Banquet in Noida sector 132. 30 minutes after parking I get an e-challan and the police car was standing close by who didn’t bother to respond to my queries. Any help???

@airvistara my flight is at 1530 from Kolkata airport and yes I am a bit early but while all the other airline counters are working, your counter is closed, no one is giving an answer and I cannot check in my luggage and go to a lounge. What’s happening with your service?
