@EverydayGirlDad My grandfather had PTSD and severe anxiety from WWII, his daughter (my mom) struggles with anxiety as a result. I see in my own anxiety, many things my mother passed on to me. I now see them in my young son. How to stop the cycle is something I contemplate (worry) over a lot too.
