@PassportCan Hi, I applied for my child’s password in June, I have not received anything until now and my card has not been charged as of yet. I submitted an online request to know the status of the application twice, it said I should hear back with three business days, no word until now.

@PassportCan I submitted my daughter’s application for new passport on June 25th, still nothing until now. I tried to check the status online by filling out couple of questions, they said I should hear back within 2-3 business days, it’s been two weeks and still no word, I almost give up.
