Newsom knows how to kill off a State.  His Commission is now responsible for the killing of 14% of our gas/diesel supply.  He did this with NO replacement.  He will cause massive inflation, the loss of well paying jobs and force folks to limit their movements.

Valero may shut down its two California refineries, according to Just The News. 
With existing closures already requiring California to import 8% of its supply, the state could soon face a greater dependence on refined imports, adding to its reliance on Middle Eastern and South American crude.
This is just the start.  Expect more refineries to close due to Newsom policy that only the rich can use a car.
