@meden_agan_zero@DevonGuy1997@1Mortrix You'd get 60 g o protein by eating just bread in 1800 calories form.
Now while doing heavy lifting 1800 cals is oc puny, soo you'd easily get 80g from bread alone.
You'd need to actively insist not getting enough protein by a horridly distorted diet, to become deficient.
@meden_agan_zero@DevonGuy1997@1Mortrix Nobody needs 180g of protein. Seriously.
P.S. If I was selling protein in dust form I too would be stating 300g daily minimum.
@DevonGuy1997@1Mortrix Tbh why does anyone bother with their protein intake.
You would have to go to some extreme lengths to manage not ingesting the daily 50g neccessity on any 1800 cal diet.
@DunBiken@1Mortrix Fixed by 2 weeks of overindulgence of milk. Studied and some YT chick funnily did it herself.
But please do it as far away from me as possible.
@drbobapol@CoachDanGo@1Mortrix Eating hormones does not make it through the digestive system in any appreciable quantity.
The few that do will be balanced by the body producing less of your own.
@jonsimschina@dqveed Utensils are useful, but given the fact we also invented soap, they are not making much of an impact on food hygiene.
I am more bothered by the limited form the food can take in order to be able to be eaten by hand.
No soups or anything with loads of sauce or soft puree's.
@EVangorder15570@skdh Consider Chemistry before the electronic atomic model.
It worked well without it, every functional group got tested analytically and their properties derived from experiment while the underlying mechanism was unknown.
I suspect in particle Physics we are at a similar point.
Climate alarmists tell us that there is an area of plastic waste floating in the sea, the so-called Great Pacific Garbage Patch, twice the size of Texas. Oddly, no one has ever seen it. Itโs twice as big as Texas but nobody can verify its existence? That really is alarming.
