The lights at Lekki Toll Gate went off on Tuesday night based on the order of the curfew.
But, why was it turned back on at about 01; 26am Wednesday Morning.

Bill Shankly took charge of Liverpool in December 1959, arriving at a time when the club were a Second Division side with little of the success that would later define them.
Over the next 15 years, Shankly transformed Liverpool from top to bottom. He rebuilt the team, raised the standards, shaped the club’s identity and created the foundations for one of the greatest periods in Liverpool’s history. Under his leadership, Liverpool won promotion to the First Division, three League Championships, two FA Cups and the UEFA Cup, while establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with in England and Europe.
But Shankly’s legacy was about far more than trophies. He understood the unique relationship between Liverpool Football Club and its supporters , the power of the Kop, the importance of unity, and the belief that football belonged to the people.
In 1972, Shankly sat down at Anfield for a filmed interview with renowned Liverpool sculptor Arthur Dooley, a working-class artist whose personality and work were deeply rooted in the city.
The two iconic Liverpool figures discuss the passion of the supporters, the character of the city and what made Liverpool such a special place. It’s a fascinating glimpse into the spirit of the city during Shankly’s era, capturing the mutual respect between two hugely influential figures of Liverpool’s cultural and sporting history.
A brilliant piece of footage and a wonderful snapshot of Liverpool in the Shankly era.

Barcola will leave his mark on Liverpool just like Hazard did at Chelsea.
His reactive agility is already at the same level, and the speed at which his brain sends impulses to his body consistently gives him a split-second advantage over his opponents, allowing him to comfortably beat 2–3 players. Adding his explosiveness, pace, and excellent body coordination, you get an elite product.

Andoni Iraola:
"None of these friends and players I think are going to be like very surprised that the three of us [Iraola, Arteta, and Alonso], have become managers. Because obviously you need to be someone that is thinking about the game. Case of Xavi and Mikel and in my case I don’t think anyone is super surprised that we finished here. I think there’s always been - I always say - neither of us were a great athlete."
"We didn’t become professional footballers because we were great athletes. We became professional footballers because we understood the game. We were technically good enough but we had to make always the right decision to survive at the top level in football."

My view on Florian wirtz situation.....
I've never supported any club apart from Liverpool...
Liverpool is all I knew growing up ..I've pictures when I was a kid with Liverpool jerseys which I will not put here
I've always seen players go on strike to leave Liverpool..Torres ,Suarez , mascherano , sterling and recently coutinho .
Now I see players who are doing everything to join us .. rejecting clubs and going on strike to join us ..
So you want me to repay that with dragging them and saying trash to them because things aren't going well after a season ?
Nah .. we would fix it ... And it will work
Glad it is working out for isak .. and it is going to work out for Florian wirtz soon
I love you my boy ..
Brought us Alexander Isak
Won the Premier League with us
Appointed Iraola
Signed Rio from Chelsea
Beat Bayern Munich and Manchester City to Wirtz.
Signed Hugo Ekitiké
Beat Chelsea to Jacquet
Finished with the huge signing of Barcola
Far from perfect, far from our worst. #LFC
