Ive been making movies and directing actors (famous and non famous) for over 20 years and if I had gotten this delivery, we would have been doing it again after I gave her more direction (something Nolan doesnt do)...this is not good...it is over the top and cringe-worthy ... #theodyssey

So Paris may not have done anything wrong.

He could have easily made this a 3.5 hr epic, people would still have seen it the same.

I know IMAX film limits 3hrs and all but come on they could have found a workaround.

This idea that period dramas need to have archaic language comes from drama interpratations.
