The situation on the battlefield in Ukraine is more complex than NATO expected, says Alliance Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg
“Russia is not planning peace, but a new war,” Stoltenberg said at a press conference after a meeting with Latvian President Edgars Rinkevics in Brussels.
Stoltenberg noted that the Russian Federation tried to launch offensive operations around Ukrainian cities such as Avdiivka, and “the fact is that the situation on the battlefield is more complex” than the Alliance expected.
He stressed that this “is not an argument against support, it is an argument in favor of more support for Ukraine, because, again, we cannot allow President Putin to win.”
PS. Then finally give more support to Ukraine.
@mfa_russia Actually the food quality will increase next year as ruzzia is providing so much fertilizer for the fields in the form of your hordes of worthless soldiers.
That’s no good, small units don’t get the same help and are also on the front! So are you suggesting I should just abandon them?! They need us and I’m not ditching them for some big campaign where small units don’t even get to see that money!
Let us show you the current conditions of our fighting positions!
Plus, this part is one of the good part, most portions are just completely flooded in cold water 🥶
But hey, let’s keep up the hard work, nothing will prevent us from getting Ukraine’s freedom back!
Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦🇺🇦

It's Remembrance Day in Canada. This one hits harder as I serve w/ the ЗСУ against the forces of Facism & Hate like my Grandfathers in WW2 & my Dad in the Cold War. So take the 2min from your day to recognize their sacrifices for the peaceful lives you live today. Слава Украінї!
