@KDTrey5@TheGunzShow To be fair when 8+ teams are tanking for picks, players salaries bloating to insane levels (competitive drive falls when you’ve already made a sustsinable fortune) and lack of participation from the elite players in all star/outside of NBA tourneys, yea I can see it fall off.
It’s a golden age for builders.
People who leverage AI can now build things that were unimaginable 2yrs ago.
What used to take a team of 5 experts, $1M+, and a ton of time can now be built by a solo dev using Cursor in a few days.
The age of superbuilders has begun.
i think nocode and ultra niche b2b saas might be doomed
with llms you can write code way easier and faster, and its gonna get easier
there just needs to be a bridge for non technical users to "figure out" how to "code" with minimal understanding of actual code
as soon as you can go from prompt -> working software with ~1-2 hours of work (i.e next gen model) we'll see a lot more normal people start "coding"
and i expect to see these non technical folks just build their own products with ai agents instead of paying some absurd monthly subscription
it wont be crazy complicated, but 1 off tools completely specific to their business and needs
and its all gonna be written and connected with llm glue code - but at 1/100 the cost
Whoever builds an IDE that lets a non developer create, build & deploy will win
Were going to have an explosion of software
@ZAN_93 @F4STFATI @Olly_Tennis_ Man you guys are so dumb, I had the same surgery as Novak (actually mine was worse), I walked out of the surgery room and started playing basketball a week later
@GOtransitLW ridiculous, 8:37 lakeshore west all stops to union closed doors 2 mins earlier as opposed to the 1 min earlier ~40 ppl denied entrance. Train didn’t leave for another 5 mins
@JarrettHolmesFP Doctors being overpaid is partially to blame for poorer wait times. We train less doctors than we can afford, a lot of doctors work flex/low hours since working 20 hours a week is more lucrative than most Corp jobs at 40+.
@JarrettHolmesFP@Telosbudo Did I say that? What I am saying is that it’s too easy for those with higher incomes that provide no additional value to being a landlord while fiscal and monetary policies have allowed homes to be a safe risk free investment. Shouldn’t be this lucrative/easy.
@JarrettHolmesFP@Telosbudo My landlord is a doctor, provides no benefit to us and gets special privledges we don’t from the bank cuz he is a doctor. Owns multiple properties… shouldn’t be that easy to be a landlord when he tells us to fix everything
