Shout out to writers, designers, video folks, and growth marketers. We’re looking for good people to collaborate with and refer work to as well.
Raise your hand and say hello.
@collin_ruth89 The ad spend should be separate from the retainer. Those are two separate line items for a typical relationship. If you’re just hiring a performance agency operating on a percentage of spend, that percentage should be clear.
@danielcberk Work on your mobility if you have lower back tightness or pain. It’s often caused by poor mobility in hips, hamstrings, quads, etc…
I’d also focus on electrolyte intake along with water.
I’m glad I got in shape and did hard things in my 20s. My advice…Run marathons, do CrossFit competitions, race bikes, etc…
It gets harder to keep your body healthy in your 40s (not to mention time commitments) and beyond and you’ll be glad you made the most out of your time. It’s also easier to stay in shape once you’re fit.
Nobody is forcing anyone to eat. Stop with the ridiculous comments. We eat dinner as a family every night. That dinner is sometimes a crowd pleaser. However, when you have 5 kids there’s often someone who doesn’t like the meal of the night. We don’t cook them a special meal because they don’t want broccoli or spinach. Kids will always choose junk food if given the choice. They’re kids. It’s our job to provide healthy meals and help them make healthier choices.

@BrettFromDJ It sucks paying taxes, but it’s a nice reminder that you’re doing well. A great accountant can also help with tax planning to lower that bill.
And I didn't say we force our kids to eat anything. We cook one HEALTHY meal for dinner every night and we all sit down for dinner together. Our kids don't have to eat that meal, but they don't get dessert if they choose not to eat the healthy meal that has been prepared and we're not cooking a special meal for them. They'll often eat the vegetables they dislike to get the dessert they love.
With 7 people in a family, not everyone is going to love every meal. There are a few family favorites everyone loves, but many nights someone will dislike this vegetable or that one. Our job as parents is to make sure we put healthy food in front of them and to help them make good choices.
Stop with this ridiculous BS. We don't make our kids eat anything. We cook one healthy dinner. If the kids want dessert, they eat it. If they don't, they don't. They'll often eat the vegetables they don't like (even if they have to force themselves to eat things like spinach or tomatoes) to get dessert. This makes sure our kids eat a healthy meal and that they learn to respect the person cooking them food every night. Nobody is being bullied, they're being parented and we're making sure they get healthy food instead of junk food which they'd choose (as would any child) if given the choice.
@deependbleu @candlelovers12 @IscariotMeren @sweatystartup Obviously we eat plenty of meals that everyone loves. Contrary to most armchair parents here, we eat dinner together every night. Not every meal is going to please everyone when it’s 7 people. Dessert is a nice incentive to eat the healthy part in those cases.
