okay I went to sleep at 7 am that’s awesome. only ate a sandwich and cake pop, 2024 is off to a great start! and there’s a new situationship blooming after the events of last night :)
It’s honestly so complicated because I can’t help but want to be thinner. However, I want to be a very athletically proficient runner so I know I have to train hard and eat better (aka recovery). My heart is leaning towards the sport, but I can’t stare in the mirror? We’ll see.
