From the outside this looks reckless but I know this business inside and out.

The market is saying the entire business is worth nothing.

Most DTC beauty brands don't own the product science. They hand concepts to contract manufacturers.

ODD does it all from their own labs — formulation, R&D, product development in-house.

They've already built IL MAKIAGE, SpoiledChild, and launched METHODIQ in derm. That's not luck three times.......

That's a repeatable engine that can continue to create in-demand products at speed.

Everything they built still exists and is still generating cash.

They've grown from $25M to $800M through multiple ad-tech disruptions including iOS 14, which gutted ad targeting overnight and killed most DTC brands relying on paid acquisition.

Good companies evolve, and this team has proven they adapt and come back stronger every time.
