@TUIUK hi, due to the unfortunate middle east war my Qatar flights are cancelled tomorrow. How do I go about getting a full refund for my holiday? Or can I just move it to another holiday?

@TUIUK hi, I checked in online on flight extras for my upcoming Marella cruise flights & I didn't get my boarding passes through. I logged back in and pressed "resend boarding passes" and I still haven't received an email. Can you help?
@HalifaxBank 10pm last night somebody tried using my card, you stopped the payment. I called the fraud team, and half an hour later my card was cancelled with a new one on the way. Amazing customer service, thank you 🤩😃
@pandocruises we have booked k620p and day 3 itinerary states hardangerfjord arrives early morning departs early evening... After booking it's saying it's a day of cruising - if I'd have known this I wouldn't have booked?
@StarbucksUK yesterday we had to put our 14 year old Irish setter to sleep, to cheer me up my husband took me to Starbucks for my usual caramel frappe - I got handed the cutest caramel drizzle in heart shapes. It's the little things in life that put a smile on my face 🤎 thank u.

@TUIUK It appears I've waited 2 hours for a reply and they clearly didn't even read my message 🙄 asked me to do something I've already stated I've done numerous times. Not happy trying to book a holiday for over 6 hours.
