Google Chrome extensions are a 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 part of your Amazon FBA business.
Today I'm going to share all the ones I use & their purpose.
Let's begin 👇
I built $400K/yr agency in a third-world country.
And I did it without working 10 hr days or managing 100 employees.
I know this is hard to believe, but buckle up, because the next sentence is about to get even more insane.
I don’t even know how to deliver the results myself,
But before you get your panties twisted, let me explain how this is all possible.
I hired a team of talented individuals to run the fulfillment for me.
Here’s the exact route I took to do this:
At first, I offered SMMA to local Indonesian brands. The idea was great and I got a lot of clients.
But soon, I realized the low ticket retainers, chaotic fulfillment and burnouts were not sustainable at all. Wasn’t really the entrepreneurship I signed up for.
To compete with local agencies, I had two options:
1 - Hire people with super low salaries (low quality and incompetent), Or,
2 - Target the only few Indonesian companies that can even afford 4-figure retainers.
Both were poor options.
So I thought…
‘Indonesians are so talented, creative, and affordable…
Why don’t I just offer these local talents to the US??’
So I burned down my local SMMA (went from 60+ to only 5 clients).
And started my productized video editing agency.
My target was International or US clients.
Cold email was the most realistic and efficient way for me to reach them.
So I dived deep into many different campaigns and sent 200 cold emails every day.
Sales calls started to come in and I’m thinking…
‘Wow, people are actually interested even though we’re just some random Indonesians on the internet.’
AND, these weren’t random prospects either.
The first sales call I did was with an agency that did the NFL offline events.
That’s when I knew my offer was legit and had real product-market fit.
Now, the cold email campaigns never stopped (even to this day).
But as more emails go out every day…
I started building a personal brand on X.
I started with ZERO followers and had no idea what to do.
But the OGs said they grew their account doing the boring stuff so I followed the grind…
I DMed and interacted with people daily until I had 1000 followers.
And I would push my productized offer everywhere and DMed anyone who said ‘need video editors’.
That’s how I landed my first client on X. And btw, he's still my client today after one year of working together.
With consistent outreach, sales calls, and client onboarding,
I started building SOPs and quality check processes for my editors so that the agency could run without my day-to-day presence.
Then I kept refining them until we got 10/10 client ratings every week with me doing absolutely no fulfillment at all.
And as I continue to onboard more +$2,000 per month retainer clients,
I hired more affordable and talented editors from LinkedIn for fulfillment.
And now?
My productized agency:
- has 18 clients and 24 editors
- doing $30k a month in recurring revenue
- without* me doing any fulfillment at all.
So if you’re interested in getting paid, managing clients and employees without doing any fulfillment yourself…

People massivley overcomplicate the process you need to get ungated for premium brands on Amazon as a new seller
> Purchase at least 10x units of the brand you want to get ungated for
> Request a VAT invoice for the purchase
> Submit invoice to Amazon
This will prove your products are genuine and you have a reputable supplier
Examples of some websites that I’ve used in the past to get ungated:
> ASOS (Nike/Adidas)
>TheToyShop (Toys)
>Notino (Beauty)
> Harrisons Direct (Grocery)
This is all you need to do
