@Uber_Support That link doesn’t help. I waited 3 hours and rang the restaurant four times, they just kept saying it would be another 15 minutes. I couldn’t cancel the order as it was booked through you even though the restaurant would cancel. We paid £50 including a delivery fee for 😡
