@GWRHelp how do I sort out a complaint for the service of trains this morning? I have been stuck on the 11:02 service Westbury - Cardiff central since around 11:35 as it was delayed over half an hour for my train the then be cancelled from Bristol making me wait even longer again

@GWRHelp - this is all I am getting when trying to claim my refund. Or I am being quoted £0 when my train should’ve arrived at Cardiff almost a hour ago.

It’s actually so hard to deal with these delays in this weather. Especially on 3 / 4 carriage trains on some of the busiest services.
