david hawkins says if your spirit is strong enough, nothing physical can harm you.
i think about this a lot.
cut out the seed oils. get the sunlight. eat the steak. yes.
but if you fear everything in your environment too, it will hurt you even more.
so the key is to cut out toxic shit, but also develop the mindset that you are powerful, you are healthy and you are resilient.
Came to soak up some vitamin D and peace at my apartment pool… instead got a balcony slop rap DJ trying to hijack everyone’s frequencies. Mind control through music is wild stuff.
our grandparents didn't have to search for "natural clothes" because all clothes were just natural
they didn't have "organic food" because all food was organic
they didn't have "grass fed steak" because all cows were obviously fed grass
they didnt have "raw milk" because all milk was raw
we must return to grandparent
We aren't witnessing the fall of society.
We are witnessing the quiet, intentional pacification of the human spirit and the slow sedation of the mind.
Overstimulated. Numb.
Addicted to the comfort of comfort.
The outrage cycle. The endless scroll.
Algorithmic conditioning.
Exhaustion isn’t accidental. It’s strategic.
The modern battlefield isn’t tanks or headlines.
It’s the human nervous system and the last act of rebellion is reclaiming sovereignty over your attention.
you wake up and reach for your phone before your eyes focus. scroll through a hundred thoughts that aren’t yours until your own voice sounds like someone you used to know and by noon you’ve consumed more information than your grandparents did in a year but can’t name a single thing that actually moved you. the feed keeps serving up other people’s lives and you keep swallowing them whole, mistaking the fullness for satisfaction when really you’re just bloated on nothing. you’ve become a processing unit instead of a person and the loneliest part is how normal it feels.
Charlie Kirk: bold, fearless, unapologetic.
You didn't play small. You didn't shrink to fit the mold. You went all out on your beliefs every single day.
Charlie didn't wait for permission. He didn't ask for validation. He stood up in a world that rewards silence - and he spoke LOUD.
Whether you agreed with him or not... you heard him. You felt him. And that's what legacy is about.
He was a young guy with a big mission. He didn't wait for the world to change, he pushed it.
I respected his hustle, his conviction, and his courage. And while the world debates, complains, and watches from the sidelines, Charlie played full out.
Rest easy, brother. The fight continues, and your voice echoes louder than ever.

"When you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you're only telling the world that you fear what he might say".
My thoughts are with Charlie Kirk's family.
