2017 - 2018 was a tough year for me.
Haemorrhoids.
Before visiting the toilet, you begin with meditation, then gather courage and proceed.
The pain was excruciating.
Fresh blood on tissue paper.
After that, no sitting for 1 hour, because the plexus was pulsating and bleeding.
The next available plan was surgical intervention: haemorrhoidectomy.
I said NO.
I was not born to have my haemorrhoidal plexus get sliced by a surgeon's blade.
Solution? In May 2018, I took a radical stance:
• Lose weight.
• Fix diet.
• Start Intermittent Fasting to allow the gut to breathe.
• Eliminate roughage, grains, gluten, lactose and fructose. Foods that intolerably inflame the gut.
• Improve salt intake.
• Squat while pooping.
In February 2019. I escaped prison.
I was free.
No pills and no surgery.
7 years later, my bowel habits are nyweeeeeee, poop!
Nyweeee.

Isaiah 55:6 (KJV)
Every season ends.
The difficult one you are in will end.
The good one you are in will also end.
Endure the hard ones without despair.
Appreciate the good ones without clinging.
That is wisdom.
I am here,
September is here.
Eight months are gone.
What has not worked, correct it.
What you started, finish it.
Only four months remain, therefore, use them well.
Happy New Month.
