Took the little one to Urgent Care today. Was dreading the usual drama of ableism. Unsympathetic staff. Refusal of Reasonable Adjustments… you know the usual for #Autistic ppl. It didn’t happen!! 🥹 Staff proudly told me they’d had Oliver McGowan training @PaulaMc007 💕
