@EsTresidder @borpin Although no PV would affect SAP it would be picked up in the EPC at completion. Regardless, retrofit wouldn't have needed SAP calculations for warrant.

PV can be exempt from warrant providing you can prove it doesn't affect the roof, ask your Structural Engineer for letter to BC
