I am gratified to learn that the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has proposed (pledged) 4 billion for the drought and famine-stricken people in the Horn of Africa. The UN should also enforce ICHREE crime investigation in Ethiopia that is now blocked by the Ethiopian Gov't.
