Game Day! One step away from State! Help us get the Arrowhead boys to Madison next week by coming out and supporting this great team. Tip time is 1pm at Kettle Moraine. Bring the energy! Let’s Go Hawks! @Arrowheadschool @ArrowheadFB @CoachHerriot
In honor of National Athletic Training Month, we got to talk about the importance of Athletic Trainers and highlight one of the best in the business in @mommaK_ATC. Thank you Athletic Trainers for all that you do all year long! #NATM2023#TheresAnATForThat#AT4Me@NATA1950
Always love hearing @CasaDouglas talk. On D. Hamlin, “THIS WAS NOT A MIRACLE…I knew he was going to be okay because data shows that when you have an AED present there is a 90% survival rate…we can have the same at high schools with licensed medical professionals.” @CATA_AT
"Those who were highly specialized in one sport... and played it year-round were at a significantly higher risk for serious overuse injuries, such as bone/cartilage injuries and ligament injuries. How much higher of a risk? About 125%."

Congratulations to Arrowhead Gymnastics for a great season! The Warhawks placed 5th in the Team State Meet. A special shout out to Abby Vorpagel for her top ten achievement in the Individual State competition, earning 7th place in All Around.
High school track coaches: We are looking for a spring break track meet or place to train somewhere WARM for 2024. Last week in March. Any recommendations?
Best wishes to our Arrowhead Wrestlers as they compete at the State Tournament Feb. 23 - 25!

If the coaches in our industry would master the basics, our industry would improve leaps and bounds. The problem is most coaches want to try advanced methodologies before they can teach a proper body weight squat. Why? 🤷🏼♂️
If it’s for scheduling reasons or anything else valid fine
But...
5:30/6 am lifts for sake of novelty or “mental toughness,” for college athletes who have to do homework, go to class & live life is incredibly idiotic
Yes, rob them of valuable rest & sleep, that’ll develop them
Commonality in catchers who get “questionable” strikes called:
1. Ball hits their glove, they stick it. Girls who move their gloves after contact don’t get as many strike calls.
2. They get their body behind the ball. Balls caught on outside of body are usually balls.
