திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டம் ஆரணியில் சதீஷ் என்பவர் அரிவாளைக் காட்டி மிரட்டி இளம்பெண் ஒருவரைக் காரில் கடத்த முயன்றதாக வெளியாகியுள்ள காணொளி நெஞ்சைப் பதைபதைக்க வைக்கிறது.

திமுக நிர்வாகியின் மகன் என்ற செல்வாக்கைப் பயன்படுத்தி சதீஷ் அப்பெண்ணைத் தனது ஆசைக்கு இணங்க அழைத்ததாகவும், இவர்கள் இருவருக்கும் ஏற்கனவே பழக்கம் இருந்து கருத்து வேறுபாடு காரணமாக அப்பெண் பிரிந்து விட்டதாகவும் பலவாறான தகவல்கள் வெளிவந்தாலும் கூட, பொதுவெளியில் பகிரங்கமாக ஒரு பெண்ணை ஆயுதம் காட்டி மிரட்டும் ஆணவத்தை ஒருபோதும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது. இத்தகைய கொடூர மனப்போக்கு கடும் கண்டனத்திற்குரியது.

திமுகவினரின் கட்டளைகளை நிறைவேற்றும் கைக்கூலிகளாக காவல்துறையினர் மாறிவிட்டதன் விளைவு தான் @arivalayam ஆட்சியில் குற்றங்கள் கொடிகட்டிப் பறக்கின்றன. உச்சநீதிமன்றமே உத்தரவிட்ட பிறகும் கூட தமிழகக் காவல்துறைக்குத் தலைமையை நியமிக்க மறுக்கும் முதல்வரின் அலட்சியத்தால் தான் குற்றவாளிகள் எல்லாம் கொழுப்பெடுத்துப் போய்த் திரிகின்றனர்.

இப்படிப் பெண்கள் வாழத் தகுதியற்ற மாநிலமாகவும் குற்றவாளிகளின் கூடாரமாகவும் தமிழகத்தை மாற்றியது தான் திமுக அரசின் முக்கிய சாதனை. இப்பேற்பட்ட ஒரு கேடுகெட்ட ஆட்சி வரும் சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலில் ஒழித்துக் கட்டப்பட வேண்டும்! பெண்களின் பாதுகாப்பும் மக்களின் நிம்மதியும் சமூகத்தின் அமைதியும் தமிழகத்தில் நிலைநாட்டப்பட வேண்டும்!

പുതുച്ചേരി ലോക്സഭാ മണ്ഡലം എൻ.ഡി.എ. സ്ഥാനാർഥി എ. നമശ്ശിവായത്തിൻ്റെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പ്രചരണത്തിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായി മാഹി മേഖലയിൽ റോഡ്ഷോ നടത്തി. വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച രാവിലെ പൂഴിത്തല തീരപ്രദേശത്ത് നിന്നും ആരംഭിച്ച റോഡ്ഷോയിൽ സ്ഥാനാർഥിക്കൊപ്പം പുതുച്ചേരി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി എൻ.രംഗസ്വാമിയും പുതുച്ചേരിയിൽ നിന്നെത്തിയ നേതാക്കളും പങ്കെടുത്തു. നിരവധി ബൈക്കുകളുടെയും മറ്റ് വാഹനങ്ങളുടെയും ബാൻ്റ് മേളത്തിൻ്റെയും അകമ്പടിയോടെയായിരുന്നു റോഡ് ഷോ. തുറന്ന വാഹനത്തിൽ സഞ്ചരിച്ച സ്ഥാനാർഥിയും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിൽ വോട്ടർമാരോട് സംസാരിച്ചു. നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി സർക്കാരിൻ്റെയും സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിൻ്റെയും വികസന നേട്ടങ്ങൾ എണ്ണിപ്പറഞ്ഞായിരുന്നു പ്രചരണം. മാഹി നഗരസഭാ മൈതാനം, ചാലക്കര, ചെമ്പ്ര, ഈസ്റ്റ് പള്ളൂർ, ഇടയിൽപീടിക, പന്തക്കൽ, മൂലക്കടവ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ പര്യടനം നടത്തിയ റോഡ് ഷോ മൂലക്കടവിൽ സമാപിച്ചു.
