I ordered a Haier 1.5-ton AC from Flipkart on April 27th. It was installed on May 3rd. Since the very day of installation, the outdoor unit has not been functioning properly; gas was leaking from the compressor pipe.
I lodged a complaint with Flipkart regarding this issue. Their senior technician visited and told me, "Speak directly with the company." I called Flipkart again, but they advised me to contact the Haier Customer Service Center instead.
I did so. A technician from the Haier Service Center arrived, did absolutely nothing, and upon returning, rejected my complaint. He told me, "Since you purchased this product from Flipkart, we cannot assist you."
I then called the Area Manager, Amalesh samanta again. He tried his absolute best to help, but the Haier technician, Nantu Sau was extremely arrogant and stated that he had no intention of assisting me.
I contacted Flipkart once more. Flipkart instructed me, "Please ask the Haier Customer Service team to send you a job sheet or a denial letter." However, your technician, Nantu Sau, retorted, "I don't do that. I will not provide you with any job sheet or denial letter. Do whatever you want to do."
For the past 16 days, my AC has been non-functional—sitting on the wall merely as a decorative item—simply because you shipped me an outdoor unit with a manufacturing defect.
I feel completely helpless, despite having made every possible effort to resolve this issue.
Is this the true reality of your products? Is this the standard of customer service you provide?

This is insane. Here's what happened... 👇
@Mehtakyakehta29 @uss_abhay_uss @PhysicswallahAP@BYJUS Relax, I was just fixing the part where you claimed they were unsuccessful before starting the company.
Whether they ran it like a business or a circus is a whole different debate.
@Mehtakyakehta29 @uss_abhay_uss @PhysicswallahAP@BYJUS Before you go off in a different direction, I was only addressing the ‘failure’ part. Not justifying any wrongdoing by any company.
Criticize where it’s due, but let’s not rewrite history just to fit a narrative.
@Mehtakyakehta29 @uss_abhay_uss @PhysicswallahAP@BYJUS@Mehtakyakehta29 Oh, so running a startup is easy now? If that were true, everyone would be doing it!
Byju Raveendran cracked CAT multiple times with a 100 percentile, just for fun. Yeah, clearly a “failure,” right?
