Tak til @DCCCcancer! Jeg glæder mig til Danske Kræftforskningsdage hvor jeg skal præsentere vores studie omkring brugen af #ctdna til bedre opfølgning hos patienter med #tarmkræft! 🧬🩸
DREAMS is out!
https://t.co/YkHaRySVjj
We have developed a highly accurate method for detecting circulating tumor DNA using next-generation sequencing data.
In 85 colorectal cancer patients, DREAMS outperformed state-of-the-art methods for variant calling and cancer detection.
At #AACR23 I presented our results on #WGS-based #ctDNA analysis in patients with #colorectal#cancer. Our focus was on #MRD detection and recurrence prediction, while ensuring reproducibility across laboratories.
Thanks to all who stopped by for input and great discussions!🩸🧬
Excited to attend #AACR2023 in Orlando!
I am presenting my poster later today. Come by if you are interested in colorectal cancer and #ctdna detection using whole-genome sequencing! 🧬
