@mcuban @costplusdrugs Please, please start offering semaglutide and other comparable medications. My doctor offered a script, due to complex medical issues, but my insurance doesn’t cover it unless I develop type II diabetes- $1,000+ a month out of pocket, but $235 a month out of a pharmacy in Canada.

@courtneyellis My 4th graders and I just finished reading the first City Spies book - it was amazing! I know there is a series, but I’m not sure how many.

@thedigitalyenta If you have a Costco membership, their pre-made meals are awesome. Mine has chicken enchiladas, chicken Alfredo, a bunch of salads, and other rotating options. Otherwise, soups, bagged salad mixes with grilled chicken strips (buy frozen & microwave). Hope this helps!

@BeckRSaunders If you’re in elementary, start with asking the visiting teacher to host during read-aloud. It gives you an idea of the student dynamics & the classroom relationship, but it’s low-risk for the receiving teacher. (Source: me, former haver of panic attacks anytime someone came in)
