@Tesco @chrisfroghouse I have been in this store 3x this week since the changeover and it has been carnage each time. A Tesco HO rep in store told me, the customer has requested assisted self service tills. Utterly deluded. We want staff to serve us. SS tills cause more issues and longer queues.
