@Delta we were able to get on a southwest flight and arrived home with absolutely no problem. However, now we have to wait an extra hour for our luggage because you make it so hard to get our luggage switched to another airline when you canceled the flight.

DO BETTER @Delta . you were going to be my new airline since I don’t love the changes Southwesr however you canceled my last leg of my international flight from Atlanta to St. Louis due to predicted forecasted weather. Meanwhile, when we land in Atlanta, it was 51° and sunny.
