@RoyalMailHelp What a joke. Received a something for you card. My postcode is near the west depot, however online it says my parcel is at the North. After heading to North to collect as per online I was told my parcel is at the west depot and this is a generic email. Seriously?!

@RoyalMailHelp Please explain why you cannot deliver my parcel to my apartment? Numerous times I have had issues with royal mail not delivering.There is an option to have it collected but why should I pay extra? Other places can get in my apartment, why can't you?
