@AndrewACNP1 Yes, simulation to test the potential impact of IN meds on delays to key treatments. Bleske et al. completed animal studies in the 90s and used Phentolamine to improve systemic absorption. Our trial focused on intranasal neuroprotective medications without systemic effects.
