This year’s edition comes ahead of the UCI World Championships that is expected to bring together riders from across the world for the first World Championship to be held in Africa in 125 years. UCI counts 201 federations and countries.

Les Tutsis congolais sont également tués et persécutés. Pendant ce temps, le fils du président Tshisekedi profite de la vie en Europe grâce à l'argent des impôts des citoyens.
