📝Mr. President, I am writing to you, I am a citizen who shares humanity, and we share our Africa. I remember when I was reading various books about the history of #SouthAfrica🇿🇦. Mr. President, I would like to remind you of the history of #SouthAfrica🇿🇦, because you are very kind to me.

📝The only thing I know is that there was an Apartheid where this country was characterized by apartheid, so that many people were excluded from their country. God Saved #SouthAfrica 🇿🇦.

📝Apartheid Is Ending I can't stop saying that it is over because of some heroes who took steps against this racism.

♦️Mr. President, when I look at what happened in South Africa🇿🇦, I relate it to what is happening in #DRC🇨🇩, where the people of the Eastern of #DRC🇨🇩are not considered as people, especially like the people of #DRC🇨🇩, they were being killed day by day because they are Tutsi, And that they are #Rwandaphone.

📝They've been killed enough, badly and the plan is to kill them Forever and ever. These citizens are denied the right to Vote, nothing is allowed in their own native country, except to be killed. I am writing this letter because of the sadness,

📝I often see the country under the leadership of #SouthAfrica🇿🇦 ,go through such difficulties, and end up interfering in the killings that are happening in the eastern of the #DRC🇨🇩. Mr. President, you have sent your #SouthAfrican 🇿🇦 Army Under #SADC in the Eastern of The #DRC🇨🇩 , They are killing the people of #DRC🇨🇩 in collaboration with #FARDC (#DRCCongo's Army 🇨🇩) and other terrorist groups as well as: #MaiMai, #Wazalendo(#DRC🇨🇩's Youth), #BNDF (Burundi🇧🇮's Army), #FDLR (the armed group that committed the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda in 1994) and Mercenaries. These forces I have mentioned above include your #SouthAfrican 🇿🇦 Army Under #SADC.

📝 Many people in the Eastern of #DRC🇨🇩 have been killed and They are being killed. I wonder how a president like you of a country that we consider great, with such a great history, interferes in such a murder and I Can't get the answer. Dear President, we ask you, remember the history your country had gone through, and stop this massacre that is being done by your #SouthAfrican🇿🇦army.

📝We are all Africans, We share the continent, We Should have to find what unites us rather than what divides us. There is no reason to kill the people. they all share the same country and share The same blood. Thank you Mr. President.

🔴Alors que la communauté internationale condamne le #M23 pour son avancée vers #Walikale, il est crucial de comprendre ce qu’est cette région.

La lauréate du prix Pulitzer, @susanschulman23 , dans son court documentaire « Vivre dans la peur : le FDLR au Congo » montre que :

➡️ Walikale est tristement célèbre pour avoir été le quartier général du #FDLR pendant des décennies, où ils se sont installés avec leurs familles après avoir commis le génocide au Rwanda en 1994, contrôlant entièrement le territoire et exploitant ses ressources minières.

➡️ Jusqu’à aujourd’hui, ils « s’en prennent impunément à la population locale », sous le regard de @MONUSCO (comme le montrent les images à la minute 1:55).

➡️ @susanschulman23 a parlé à la population locale de Walikale en 2011, qui « a tous raconté les mêmes terribles histoires d'abus, de meurtres et de viols de la part du FDLR, et l'absence totale d'une force de sécurité pour les protéger ».

➡️ Elle a vu des familles déplacées internes à Goma, originaires de Walikale, qui ont fui, au cours de la dernière décennie, des violences horribles perpétrées par le #FDLR.

➡️ Les principales questions que nous pouvons poser sont les suivantes :

Pourquoi le #FDLR, responsable de décennies de violence au Congo, n'a-t-il pas été désarmé et neutralisé par le gouvernement de la RDC et la mission de paix de l'ONU @MONUSCO , aujourd'hui sous la direction de @UN_BintouKeita et @Lacroix_UN ?

Pourquoi aucune sécurité n'a-t-elle été fournie au peuple congolais qui a subi des violences extrêmes aux mains du #FDLR à Walikale pendant des décennies ?

Pourquoi le #M23 est-il condamné par la communauté internationale pour son avancée vers #Walikale afin de neutraliser le #FDLR, alors que cela aurait dû être fait par la #RDC et @MONUSCO il y a des décennies ?
