@DunelmService first trip to Dunelm Bristol. Not even one cycle stand for bikes. Had to manoeuvre bike to secure it to railings which wasn't easy. Store manager didn't seem to care when I raised it. Pretty poor. I'll stick with IKEA which welcomes cyclists.

@Ocado Also, recycling really is a very poor cousin to not using unnecessarily in the first place, so please don't try to greenwash your customers.
@Ocado does this product need tp be wrapped in plastic or not?! Time after time one is wrapped, the other not. It's a carbon neutral product - don't you think the customer might prefer no extra plastic?
@Ocado Surely it's REALLY easy to charge. You just don't put either in a plastic bag. If one's fine without, why does the other one need one? This is a CONSISTENT problem and you've DMed me before about this and nothing has changed.
