@Foxtel wow great replacement service send me a scratched up dodgy looking box to replace your already faulty box! Iv not installing this USED box that wasn’t even packed right 4 boxes and you still can get it right I’m done even the warranty sticker is broken piss poor

@Telstra was mobile service &mobile wifi service. I was only able to call because I was at home connected to wifi. The process of reporting a fault is pretty poor if you ask me. Trying to report a fault with no phone& minimal internet shouldn’t take 7 phone calls
@Telstra I gave up and called your billing department to actually speak with someone. The fact I was able to make the call was luck and your outage page showed nothing for a fault that had been going all day. Pretty poor !
