I don't think people can fully appreciate what X as a free speech platform has actually done! When I was old enough to vote the first time- you know what avenue I had to share my voice with any high-up elected official? ABSOLUTELY NONE. They -never- would have heard my voice. All the dialogue was one-way: the politician talking into a camera, saying nice things during polished speeches and debates. Then they could disappear! Safe and sound with their polished image and speech being the only thing most of us would ever encounter. Once elected, they would go off and do LITERALLY who knows what- but the issues they said they would fix (poverty, homelessness, abortion, helping families) NEVER got fixed- and yet election year after election year- we were just handed this ballot with names of people we either didn't know or didn't like with an R or a D and told- just pick. ALL OF THAT CHANGED WITH X. FINALLY WE ACTUALLY HAVE A SAY. FINALLY, OUR POLITICIANS CAN'T HIDE. FINALLY, WHEN WE KNOW THE TRUTH, WE CAN SHARE IT... FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO SEE. FINALLY, WHEN A POLITICIAN SAYS RUBBISH -WE- GET TO RESPOND TO IT, IN A WAY ANYONE CAN SEE. That is freedom of speech. And that just happened in the last couple of years after DECADES of living without it. You know your politicians now in a way I never was able to when I first started to vote. GO DO YOUR RESEARCH and VOTE

I agree. For the first time IN A LOOONG time- this is not just political fear mongering- it is -actually- true. Vote what you want to live with: a thriving, wealthy, safe and well-protected, and country where the sky is literally the limit for your success and that of your family OR censorship, ownership by the politicians who sit and look down on you and tell you what to think, and take the money you earn, and hand you poverty and unsafe living situations- and let your highest ambition be to be on their side of things... with no way out (except actual war) if one day you wake up and decide you've had enough. You will Vote. Even if you don't.

I still can’t believe CBSDFW ran this story when they knew it was a lie.

A local news station used a photo of a toddler’s rash, labeled it measles, and put it in a story without the parent’s permission. Mom, Dawn Neufeld, said it wasn’t measles — it was the child’s reaction to the MMR shot — and had to publicly demand they take it down and issue a retraction.

That’s not reporting. That’s using a kid’s vaccine injured face to scare people.

In my opinion (even if my own opinion of the situation overseas and the solution to it may or may not differ) is that Musk is not wrong to call him a traitor... He understands that that man is not just getting involved in something that doesn't likely help the US (unless you are heartless enough to only look at the fact we would be increasing manufacturing- of war related things.. that are going to be used to kill another person)... but also that literally may result in endless death overseas...
