@Jiaharrington That’s fair if you felt her performance was average,but I disagree.We can’t really know what was directed or what the actor brought herself.I can only judge what I saw on screen..& her subtle reactions,restrained anger & breaking point conveyed Noor’s pain to me.That’s acting too

@Jiaharrington Torsam’s devastation made sense because he blindly trusted his uncle. Noor Bhabhi was different..she already knew what Sohrab thought of her. What hurt was hearing a nokraani say it to her face & through Noor’s acting, we felt that pain and humiliation...atleast I did 🥲

@Jiaharrington Rabiya had only recently come to the haveli, while Sohrab had been away long before at nights. Noor Bhabhi wasn’t shocked bcoz it didnt matter who the women waz; she was facing the truth she feared. And when she couldn’t take more, that splash of water said it all...

@Jiaharrington Shireen was brilliant.. Bhabhi Noor didn’t give exaggerated soap-style expressions. Her subtle reactions made us feel Shireen’s revelations weren’t new to her..as if she already knew what Sohrab thought of her. The way she held back her anger made it even more powerful...
